• You come to see us - if you're coming on a Saturday it's worth making an appointment. If you're  coming to talk about re-using gold or stones that you have, don't forget to bring them.
   
• If you know what you want, tell us and we'll draw it for you and suggest any
  modifications you might need.
   
• If you're not so sure, we will suggest various possibilities within your budget
  and "grow" the idea with you.
   
• When you have decided, we will quote a price for you, which we will not change
  unless the design changes. We generally ask for a 25% deposit.
   
• We will then make the piece (re-using your materials if you have provided them)
  calling you in as necessary for fittings and so on.

• From order to finished piece of jewellery usually takes 5 - 7 weeks.

• We accept payment by cheque, cash or card (sorry, not AMEX or Diners).
